signed bands, labels, models, promoters, and companies.

I am currently based in Bridgnorth in Shropshire.
:: About ::
Originally from Cornwall, I settled in the Shropshire in the late 1990's.
I first took an interest in photography at school in the mid 1980's but it wasn't until 2000 that I
got my first Digital camera (a 1.3MP Fuji), before quickly progressing to a
compact camera (Olympus C5050z).
It was around this time that the local music scene in Telford started taking off (again).
On occasion, I took my camera to gigs and enjoyed taking photos of the bands for fun
and the Telford Rocks website. I also did a lot of general landscapes and macro photos.
In early 2007, I was offered the chance to buy a second hand Nikon D70.
I made a conscious decision to learn to use it in fully manual mode.
It was then the photography bug really hit me. I've been hooked ever since.
I am one of the organisers and administrators of the Midland Strobist flickr group.
Beside photography, I am also in a band called The Hair Thieves.
Where I play guitar, sing and occasionally have an attempt at other instruments.
I also write and produce songs and have been known to get up and play at Open Mic
nights around Shropshire and record other artists
I am also a software developer as my day job and I've written the first drafts to two novels, ("Lies, Damn Lies and Sadistics" (2006) and "The Stealer of Hearts" (2008)). I was also
an executive producer on the DVD of the 2007 film Outlaw starring Sean Bean. (feel free to try and find my name in the plethora of others on the DVD).

Some of my work is available to buy as prints.
Photos of Bands / Models / Portraits are only available if you are the band or model.
(though I may ask the subject if it is ok / compensate them if you insist you want a print)
I offer prints in the following sizes:

7x5 £7.50 + p and p
9x6 £14.00 + p and p
10x8 £19.00 + p and p
A4 £15.00 + p and p
A3 £25.00 + p and p
All prints are printed by myself on a calibrated Epson 2400 printer, on Pearl (semi gloss) paper.
The paper and ink have been profiled for accurate colour rendition against the colours displayed on my monitor.
Prints on glossy paper or other sizes are negotiable but more expensive.
